Clarified Butter


 

1 pound unsalted butter

2 Tablespoons corn starch

 

 

Melt butter in high sided pot.

Bring to simmer, add corn starch and stir.

Keep stirring until corn starch attracts water and milk solids.

Pour through coffee filter.
